If you have or are experiencing intense internal heat, don't panic, it is NOT menopause or perimenopause, regardless if you are young or old, male or female!!!!!! It is due to the solar flare activity that is about to intensify. From my current level of awareness the energies that explode from our sun are streams of energy that originate from the Central Sun, the galactic centre and have everything to do with our evolution as they increase our vibration, our level of consciousness as well as contain masses of information which we download into our beings.
