Now that the Citizen Hearing on Disclosure has taken place, perhaps it’s time to review what we know about the galactic visitors who’ve been visiting this planet for millennia.

First of all, I’m not directing my attention to the so-called negative aliens such as the little Greys (Zeta Reticulans), Annunaki, and the like. These species, together with their terrestrial allies such as the U.S. Government under George Bush and previous presidents, are the cause of the abductions. My understanding is that the U.S. Government itself is the cause of the cattle mutilations.

These species have been escorted away from Earth years ago and are prevented from returning.

I’m reserving my attention for the friendly galactics who are gathered around the planet in numbers at this time. They hail from such star systems as Sirius, the Pleiades, Arcturus, Andromeda and many others that would not be readily recognizable to us.

They respect the universal laws; we do not.  Hence they haven’t been intrusive and await our fear subsiding before announcing their presence. They’ve gradually made appearances over the years,  including the odd fleet flyover above New York, London, Lima, Mexico City and other places. Videos on these flyovers existed but many have been banned or taken down from such sites as Youtube.

SETI listens for beeps and clicks, but many of the galactic visitors communicate with terrestrials telepathically and their messages can be followed quite easily on the Internet.

To my knowledge, SETI is a distraction and part of the massive cover-up of their existence. But the evidence of it is becoming overwhelming and undeniable.

The crop circles are another means by which they communicate with us.

The United States itself has had a space fleet (Solar Warden) since at least the 1970s and has bases on Mars and the Moon but few people know about them. The TR3-B Aurora is one example of an American spaceship. NASA is just for show and to distract the population. Far more advanced space-travelling technologies exist than anything NASA has, including teleportation.

The galactic visitors came in force after we exploded atomic bombs and thereby caused damage to other areas of space.  Although the authorities will deny it, no one has been able to explode a nuclear device in space or on Earth (for hostile purposes) since decades ago.

They will not allow us any longer to make war on each other. If the media was not controlled, we might know that many weapons will not function at the present time.

They’ve removed depleted uranium and other forms of radioactivity from the air.  Depleted uranium alone would have ended life on Earth, it is so destructive in even miniscule amounts. They prevented the Japanese tsunami from being much worse than it might have been. They removed a lot of the Fukushima radiation from the air.

They’ve forced the closure of such malevolent programs as HAARP (High Altitude Auroral Research Project, a weather-warfare program), rid the air of the polluting elements in chemtrails, halted numerous pandemics (SARS, Avian Flu, Swine Flu, etc.), and forced the closure of many deep underground military bunkers (DUMBs) where torture was being practiced and from which nuclear warfare was being planned.

You’ll notice that we haven’t had an earthquake in some time. Many of these were HAARP-induced, as were many floods, hurricanes, etc.  There’s much more to say about their benevolent influence on us. They come from civilizations much more advanced than ours and promise us much good, if we choose to meet with them.

So far the governments of the world and their militaries, along with a controlled press, have concealed their existence but they won’t be able to conceal it much longer.

When the cover-up breaks, this planet stands to benefit from many new technologies that will do away with fossil fuels, eliminate diseases whose cures are known but have been withheld, bring peace and prosperity to the world, and many other advances which they make freely available to us, just as they’re freely available on their home planets.

They are human like us. In fact it was they who seeded the Earth in the first place. The human template, called the Adam/Eve Kadmon template, is more common in the universe than we imagine.

It really only takes us opening our eyes and our hearts to enter a new epoch in human history.  They have patiently awaited us extending the invitation to them, all the while cleansing the Earth and keeping us safe from world war.

The original “Star Trek” television series featured technology that had first appeared decades earlier in science fiction stories. Pulp heroes had been wielding ray guns, flying faster than light and teleporting from place to place since the 1930s. But perhaps the true inspiration of Star Trek’s superscience is the revolutionary physics discoveries of the early 20th century. Relativity, discovered by Albert Einstein and quantum physics, pioneered by Max Planck  revealed a universe far different than ordinary human experience might suggest.

Although Einstein’s theory forbids matter to accelerate past the speed of light, the demands of sci-fi storytelling require that people be able to travel between the stars in a reasonable amount of time, usually hours, or at most, days. Enter the space warp drive, or as it was called in “Star Trek’s” pilot episode, “hyperdrive.”

Warp drive in Star Trek works by annihilating matter (in the form of deuterium, a kind of hydrogen gas) and antimatter in a fusion reaction mediated by dilithium crystals. This produces the enormous power required to warp space-time and drive the ship faster than light.

The crew of the Enterprise measures velocity in warp factors. Warp factor 8 equals the cube of 8 (8 times 8 times 8), or 512 times light speed.

Even this velocity is too slow to allow starships to travel as quickly as they appear to on TV. In reality, the script writers arbitrarily allowed the Enterprise to get to wherever it was going, as fast as was convenient for storytelling. By the era of “Star Trek: The Next Generation,” the warp speed scale was recalibrated. Under the new scale, a starship could get from Earth to Alpha Centauri in about 37 hours at warp factor 8.

11.13.13 – Light Modules

Hi! Happy day,

As my latest City of Light Book is being printed, I am guided to invite you to join me in preview of things to come in a Light Module visit which is a healing center unto itself. Advanced light technology is the healing way of our future and a great way to throw away the knives and needles, which here are reported as barbaric ways of cutting the human energy lines, as we are electric beings.

I will be your guide, so here we go … entering into one Light Pod (module)…

1. The person would pass through a ( E.P.S.) Electronical Portal Scanner. The same idea as we do at the airports, except think of it as a refreshing shower of light, or like a mirror in Alice in Wonderland, or a Star Trek portal DNA opening. It is really interesting and kind of fun.

To walk through this DNA Information Light Screen, there is no need to recall what you or your family illnesses were before, as this process would record not only the current problem, but also anything that had been coded previously. So there is a clear precise imprint of the person’s problem including (and this is important) the mental condition that designed the physical appearance needing healing in the first place.

This information gives these Master City Light Technicians what to be aware of, so correct lights may be applied for the correct healing. As said, this treatment will not cut the electrical system in the body. This process is easy to assimilate as there is no cutting and no bleeding so no outward physical healing required. The lights to be applied helps heal the body temple as well as the mental, emotional, and spiritual causation of the issue. The person’s lifetime up to this moment is known .

O.K … Now that all the records have been recorded pleasantly, what’s next?

2. Picture being in a room that is totally filled with love. Walking into a room where the only thoughts present are the ones brought in and are love-treated. This room takes the emotional im-balance and balances it out in several ways…

The Pod compartment of the module is specifically designed for each person’s healing visit. The patient is entering a holodeck like it is seen in Star Trek. The sounds and feeling shift for each one to make them totally comfortable and, no drugs of any kind are needed to put the person at ease.

Within these advanced scientific techniques, there are soft musical tones of the patient’s choosing, along with perfect room temperature and delicate fragrances of their choosing, plus frequencies that relax the person’s nerve system with no fear of what is to take place, or that it will not work. Thus there is a total healing assured. Wow … sounds good to me.

3. Upon completion of the DNA Scanner, the person is lead by a Light Attendant to a Floatation bed where upon laying down, they are totally comfortable as the light technicians are well equipped to understand any concerns the person may have which quickly get eliminated I might add.

This bed actually floats, as frequencies in the room permit light to penetrate with the electromagnetic fields, thus supporting the person’s bed and lights to be used, as well as the light field itself. Upon being settled on the flotation bed, the room sensing puts them in a state of euphoria and a feeling of all is well … and it is.

4. Everything is tuned to the person’s vibrations like being in a cocoon of healing light, beautiful beyond words. Colors, and sound tones and even the music is beyond what the person has ever heard before. Our current music would seem abrasive There just is nothing like it. I call it angel tones of love.

Now that the information is known and the person is on the floatation bed, the lights are prepared to go to work. Having inner watched this process for many years I am quite familiar with seeing the lights given. We really do not have colors very bright in intensity here in our world that we see daily in walks or whatever. We are missing quite a bit of really good stuff. I have been privileged to see in the unseen world in my opinion.

5. These heavenly technical lights carry the frequencies of healing as they are in-tuned to what has been presented. They could consist of colors from sets of flood lights, spot lights, pin point lights in various colors of blue, pink. yellow etc.( and some I have not seen before) or even a combination of all of it.

Some under the bed and some topside and from head to toe connecting with the electromagnetic fields under the table. I have seen for a respiratory appearance, the congestion actually being lifted out upward into an overhead set of lights. Amazing!

Each set of lights has a time period attached. The final set of lights usually comes in the beautiful Amber color that sets the others into place as the relaxing part comes with this color. It feels wonderful.

Living in Sedona, what is called the red rock country, I don’t believe the rocks are red but healing Amber, and that is why the City of Healing Light was chosen to be set here, partly for this reason.

So this all being said, may you be excited with what is coming about, a Healing City of Light and thus a healed planet of Light.

Happy New Year! We face a new time filled with glorious new opportunities, and we now have the full collective and individual ability to anchor miracles unto ourselves. The following is an automatic-writing based “interview” with the Pleiadian High Council, channeled through yours truly. I was excited to get to interact with our Pleiadian brethren and ask them questions, and we hope the resulting communication is helpful.

Wes Annac: My dearest friends, I would like to get to know you in a deeper way and interact with you during this communication. I have a few questions to ask and I would Love to connect with you on this night.

Pleiadian High Council: We are so very happy to connect with you at all times, dearest Wesley, and to answer any questions or inquiries you may have about us or the nature of our existence. We understand you wish to know what it is like to perceive from our fifth dimensional point of view?

Wes: Yes dear friends, that is correct.

PHC: We will be happy and honored to provide our insight. Perceiving from our point of view is akin to unlocking an entirely-new and refined perspective that you had previously not even realized brimmed beneath the surface of your conscious perspective.

We once experienced third dimensional Life similar to what you dear souls are going through, and were ourselves helped to discover our inner-reality and develop our inner-senses by souls who existed in dimensions higher than the third and fourth. We received assistance in reaching these wonderful states of consciousness, and we are now assisting you and a plethora of other souls to find this wonderfully-expanded consciousness once again.

Now, to perceive from the realms of the fifth dimension is very hard to explain in your limited third dimensional terms. The air is truly alive and vibrating, in a gentle yet intense manner. You are the controller and Creator of the entire landscape around you and when we say that you control this landscape; you do not take ownership over it in any way and rather, it is Created via the vibrations you continually give out from yourselves.

There are many of us as well, who Live upon our respective Motherships most of the time.

Wes: Ah yes, the Motherships. What is it like existing in them?

PHC: Dearest Wesley, you and all others will be introduced to our Motherships so very soon and when you are introduced, you will see that they are nothing like what you would expect. Many of you think about our Motherships and expect some type of station anchored in your space, but we say that our Motherships can be every bit as big as a city and even a planet.

This is why our bigger Motherships are not allowed in your skies at this time; because they are simply too big to exist in your atmosphere. We have smaller ships stationed and cloaked in your skies and even some of our smaller craft will be seen as quite large to you dear souls, because you have not yet fathomed them in the ways many of you are hungry to.

Living in our Motherships is quite literally like Living in a collective community; within a home. We are able to travel to and visit our home planets or any other planet we are comfortable with at any time if we wish and even if we did not wish to teleport instantly to such planets, we could replicate their environments entirely with our technology.

Wes: I think all of us are eager to hear a little bit more about your technology. How specifically do the replicators work?

PHC: Our replicators are a sentient technology bred from our very fifth dimensional consciousness, and we are able to impart aspects of ourselves unto our replicators just as you dear souls will be able to.

Wes: I see. How does the consciousness within the replicator Create what you desire?

PHC: We give our Logos energy through our conscious technology, and it takes this Loving energy and funnels it through itself, molding and Creating while projecting the specific reality we have “imagined” and felt in ourselves. You see, dear souls, our replicators do not simply do the work for us.

Much effort on our part is required, but we do not wish to make it seem as if replicating an environment is hard work. Indeed, you will find that there is no hard work in the higher realms but there is fun, higher dimensional work which we enjoy doing, and replicating any environment by funneling our personal Creative energies through our technologies is an aspect of this “work”.

A soul is meant to put in the effort and necessary work to achieve that which they desire. This is encoded into the very Laws the govern your reality, dear souls, as you will find that you always get out what you put into your own personal reality-Creating energies.

Humanity is Creating their realities in every moment by working with the very energies we funnel through our technologies; they simply do not realize it. Our technology will help you to realize that you are constantly molding and working with energy, as you use such technology to begin to learn how to fully interact with it and realize you are doing so.

Wes: Is it true that you will not need your technology upon reaching certain strides in your higher dimensional growth?

PHC: Indeed, and neither will you dear souls. As you have been told, we and you all as well will eventually reach a stage in your growth wherein you will not need to utilize our technology, as you will have fully learned how to bring energy through yourselves and Create with it. We have indeed learned how to do this ourselves already, and we use our technology as a leisure.

Wes: Ah. So there is leisure in the higher realms?

PHC: Oh, dearest Wesley, there is leisure and so much more! The higher realms are essentially a combination and intensification of every good emotion or feeling you have ever felt in the lower dimensions, as such lower realms are bred from the higher dimensions and from the Light of our Creator which is, of course, higher dimensional.

There is no dross; no negativity; no need to continue on working in a manner that you are uncomfortable with. You are able to be leisurely and hard-working in the very same moment in the higher realms, because you will enjoy every last bit of your work and you will see it as a complete pleasure.

We use our technology for many things that we don’t always need to and yet, when we are ready to move on from utilizing our technology it too will move on and continue to experience higher dimensional growth.

We utilize our technology happily and gratefully, and our technology works with us as the conscious being that it is to perform anything we wish it to. The energies we bring through ourselves are expressed through our technology and again, this energy is expressed and molded in any specific way the technology is working with it to come forth.

For example, we are utilizing our technology to communicate with our scribe.

We are funneling our energies through a specific member of our High Council and Council of Nine, and this soul is representing our specific stream of collective Oneness energy. We say “collective Oneness energy” because we are a collective of beings expressing ourselves in one form; as one being, to our scribe.

We are being represented as the One collective entity that we are and as a part of the all-encompassing and all-Creating Oneness energy.

Wesley, you have recently discovered things about this very energy and likely know a small bit after your experiences, about the very experience of merging with the Oneness energy and feeling the bounty and splendor of it all.
