 (Alfred) Welcome back. I am Alfred Lambremont Webre and today we have a most unusual and distinguished guest. I have been updating myself on his latest information and bulletins. He is a person, just like me and just like you, and in his online identity he goes by Cobra - Cobra resistance. I understand that Cobra means something, compressed. Welcome Cobra.

 (Alfred) Could you tell me what Cobra stands for and what it means to you from a symbolic point of view or from an actual point of view?

 (Cobra) Cobra stands for compression breakthrough, and compression breakthrough is a process when the light is coming from above to the surface of the planet, and from below also to the surface of the planet. When the light coming from above and the light coming from below meet, when both vectors meet at the surface, that’s the moment of the compression breakthrough. That’s the moment of the Event. The moment of the planetary liberation. This is the code name I use. It always invokes the energy of compression breakthrough. Cobra is also an ancient symbol of kundalini, the force of enlightenment. Some people might have other associations, but this is not why I chose this code name.

 (Alfred) I see. Now talking about this Event, this is something that some of us in this movement or this community, have been following for decades. I know in the 1980’s some of the groups that I was a part of it at that time would call it “the cosmic changeover.” It’s where there would be a virtual paradigm shift and would come very quickly. So it’s a concept that’s been around and I can remember “Oh it was gonna happen in the 70’s, it was gonna happen in the 80’s.” So could you tell us about the Event now in the present time 2013/2014.

 (Cobra) First I would like to explain a little bit of the background. This so-called Event or.....what was your name for it?

 (Alfred) When I first came across the concept in the early 1980’s it was “cosmic changeover.” That wasn’t my name but it was a name that groups that were working for something very similar called it.

 (Cobra) Actually this was called the Shift of the Ages centuries ago by the Mystery Schools and it was known that there would be a moment of drastic breakthrough for Planet Earth. The exact timing was not known but the symbolic year was always known as the year 2000 - a symbolic number that was given hundreds and hundreds of years ago. People were expecting this to happen. The exact moment is not possible to predict because of the free will of everybody involved.

After WWII, the Galactic Confederation chose to contact some people on the surface of the planet to give them more details about that plan, especially after 1953 there were many physical contacts. As we were approaching the year 2000 we were getting very close. Those people were then trying to facilitate that change and many were wishing for that to happen but of course, that was not possible. But then, as we were approaching the year 2000, we were getting very close.

When the Archons, the controlling forces. realized we were about to liberate the planet, they created the last possible possible blockage, which was the so-called Congo invasion which happened in 1996. At that time, many of the negative ET races had invaded the subterranean areas in the upper crust of the planet, especially through deep underground military bases on the physical plane, and also on the higher planes there were 2 many Reptilians coming in on the etheric and astral planes. So this is what has happened for the past two  decades and now we’re reaching the point where most of the consequences of that invasion have been removed. So we are approaching the tipping point. And this is the reason why we’re speaking of the Event in the near future. I will not give you any dates because that would only be a speculation.

Cobra Update - December 9, 2013 Financial Reset and Event Update

There are drastic changes happening behind the scenes. 

A battle continues for the control of the new financial system, which is being created now with full speed. The Eastern Alliance is building the new financial system to support the coming Event:

On the other hand, the Jesuits have infiltrated many agents inside the Eastern Alliance to hijack the process, hoping to create a global centralized financial system after the dollar collapses as a world reserve currency and the Illuminazi faction is removed:

They are entertaining an idea of including Bitcoin in the new centralized system as well.

The Jesuits are hoping to somehow survive the Event untouched by putting the friendly face of master manipulator Pope Francis as their frontman and portraying themselves as the good guys.

The Rothschilds are doing whatever they can to be as silent and invisible as possible in hopes that  people will not remember them when the Event comes. They will try to portray themselves as people who collect art and love good wines and have an investment fund or two by the way. 

Meanwhile, the world is preparing for the financial reset. The fact that dollar will lose world reserve currency status and that a new financial system is coming is becoming common knowledge, although interpretations having the Cabal as their intel source might not always be correct:

The collapse of the current financial system is inevitable after the Resistance removed the vast majority of physical gold from the Cabal in early 2012. That gold was underwriting the financial system and after it was gone, a countdown clock for the complete system meltdown was triggered and its collapse is expected soon. Some people expect this to happen as late as 2015:

I am not at liberty yet to disclose any timeline for those events. The only thing I can say is that the moment of total meltdown of the current financial system is the last possible moment for the Event to occur, regardless of everything. 

There have been some drastic developments regarding the Event during the last weekend. Special task force of the Resistance, codenamed RM2m, was within 45 minutes of triggering the Event on Saturday after the Archons (physical and non-physical) went a little bit too far with some of their actions. The Archons backed off at the last moment to prevent the Event from being triggered and were forced to negotiate their own safety and survival. In order to survive a little bit longer, they  were forced to deconstruct Dom33, their plan of retaliation when the Event happens. 

They were also forced to surrender full protection of the top level people within the Cabal, who were until now able to conduct their deeds with physical Archons covering their backs. As the physical Archons are now more concerned with their own safety than with safety of the Cabal, the Cabal might find out that if they do something negative, strange things might begin happening to them. The old order that worked in their favor for thousands of years has been severely disrupted. 

There is a significant number of agents of the Resistance on the surface of the planet now, doing »various things«. 

The Archons did not handle those changes easily. An unconfirmed source stated that one senior member of the Orsini family committed suicide in his apartment in Rome this Saturday, while the Farnese are seriously considering their surrender. Also the Eastern Alliance has allegedly made a trading attack on Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena, disrupting Jesuit financial machinations. That bank is one of the most important banks in the current Jesuit-controlled banking system. It is owned by the Chigi family, a main black nobility family from Siena. 

                                                                              

Most importantly, the RM2m special task force has proposed a plan to trigger the Event before the non-physical planes are totally cleared. They feel that this wait is simply taking too long to be tolerated and that some risks need to be taken. They are now aligning their plan with the non-terrestrial Light forces. 

However, for this plan to be successful, they need our cooperation. 

Triggering the Event before the non-physical planes are cleared may result in some additional loss of human lives as some people will become dysfunctional, unable to handle the Event and resort to violence. The Cabal is not so much of a problem as they will be either arrested or stardusted in the first few hours and even initially they will not be able to do that much damage now that their Doom33 plan has been compromised. The Illuminazi faction is now hastily devising their own retaliation plan after they lost support of the Archons for Doom33, but that plan would pose far lesser threat than former Doom33. Here I might need to add that all Jesuit and Illuminazi agents which have infiltrated various militias in the last few decades will be stardusted also if the try anything nasty. 

The problem lies within the general population. Some people might get violent in their home situations and their families, old resentments suddenly being triggered and coming out to the surface. Also, violent street gangs might be formed briefly in the initial hours and maybe even days after the Event in some more remote areas without proper law enforcement being present. So I would suggest everybody to avoid violent confrontations in the first hours and days after the Event, regardless of the situation. 

The RM2m special task force has asked if we can conduct a poll to determine what the opinion of the surface population is about their plan. The results of that poll will not determine the course of their actions, but will give them priceless feedback for them to be able to adjust their plan to accommodate the needs of the surface population more. 

The first option is to trigger the Event as soon as possible, although this might pose a remote but potentially grave risk to life / physical safety of yourself and your loved ones.

The second option is to wait for the safest moment for the Event to occur, even if that means a significantly longer wait.

Elizabeth:  I’d like to start our conversation with a big overview of the Fukushima situation, largely because so many people here on the west coast have expressed a lot of anxiety about it. There was something in our paper today from one of the columnists about not eating seafood. If you could give us a little different perspective on that situation, how it happened and what’s going on now and what the prognosis is, that would be a very helpful way to introduce where you are coming from.

COBRA: This Fukushima situation is a creation of the Jesuits. [Cobra means a small faction of the Cabal within the Jesuits representing about 10% of the Jesuit community.] The reason they triggered this false flag event was they wanted to exert pressure on Japan to get more funds for their operations. It is interesting to know that this event happened on March 11, 2011, which was one day before Uranus entered a new 84 -year cycle. So the moment of this was chosen according to astrological constellations. The second purpose of this event was to put more fear into the general human population because the vibrational frequency of fear is the frequency that allows the controllers to maintain control over the human population. I would say that most stories about radiation are exaggeration. I have seen reports of actual measurements of radiation exposure in California and they are not above normal. Everything is as it was before the Fukushima event. So this is a short overview of the situation.

E: When you say this event was created as a retaliation or blackmail, it is hard to absorb that this kind of thing is going on and we don’t see any news about it or investigation or signs of it going on.  Is there a way that we can become more conscious of the actual facts of how these things play out?

C: Most of those pressures are happening behind the scenes and of course they will not be reported in the mainstream media. There are some reports in the alternative media about it, but not much.

E. Also, you’ve said that after what we are going to talk about as the Event, there will be help, extraterrestrial help, in cleaning up the radiation that exists there. I wonder if you want to talk that a little bit about that and even describe what it would be like to have this kind of participation.

C: After the Event, and especially after the first contact, the positive extraterrestrial races will use their technology not only to remove excessive radiation from Fukushima, but to actually restore ecological balance throughout the planet. One of the top priorities will be to remove radiation and various poisonous substances from many nuclear power plants in other locations around the planet, not only Fukushima but also Chernobyl and other locations. They will then continue with restoring the ecosystem of the planet and it will be quite a fast operation in human standards. After the First Contact, in a few months, the situation on the planet will be much, much better.

They have advanced technology. Of course, they have complete control over matter so they can actually disintegrate all harmful substances in a matter of seconds. It is not a problem for them. It is just a matter of humanity having the right consciousness and understanding to accept and receive that technology. That is why the Event needs to happen first, the removal the Cabal needs to happen first, so the Light Forces can then use the mass media to educate the human population, so when these things do happen the human population will have an understanding and also an active participation in that purification process.

Visions of Compression Breakthrough

To increase understanding of the compression breakthrough, I am publishing three different good intuitive visions of that phenomenon which I found on the internet. Authors of these visions are either unknown to me or wish to remain anonymous.
 

The first vision:

The Net Must Come Down, It Ends, Light Enters.
  
The final step is simply taking down the net. This has to be done and events will then quickly follow.
  
The One will put forth all that energy to destroy the net itself and events will kick in almost immediately.
  
The programs will have no place to hide, no portals, no equipment, nothing. They will be led off and weather pattern of luminosity will begin.

The second vision:

In my dream, there were Portals all over the Earth, equally spaced like dimples on a golf ball, and they all switched on at once and from each Portal location a kind of energy was spreading in growing circular pattern
  
The portals are as numerous as the facets of a spherical Diamond.

Etheric Plane Clearing / Event Preview

I want to know who else has experienced this.

Last week, I had a wide-awake vision of the etheric plane being cleared completely. For a few minutes, I thought the Event was happening now- but I then realized it was either a preview, a spark event, or just a localized occurrence.

To characterize it as awe-inspiring would be an understatement. The whole etheric plane was lit up with a dazzling golden/white light, and I saw vortices, like huge tornadoes, opening up everywhere. These wormholes were like gravitic vacuums, and all the dark beings in the etheric plane were tumbling into them by the millions. There was a sense of vast scale, that it was happening everywhere. It left me wide-eyed, taking my vibration up a few octaves.

There are rumors on the internet about the Event happening either on November 11th (based 

on Fulford's CIA source falsely stating the GridEx 2 exercise happening on that date) or 

November 13/14th (when GridEx 2 will truly happen). The Resistance has communicated that

The final victory of the Light is near. On November 11th, a certain operation of the Light forces 

will commence and it might soon bring tangible results. Also, on November 13th there will be a 

heliocentric T-square between Jupiter, Uranus and Pluto. That astrological configuration will 

bring a tremendous release of tension which will be felt throughout the whole solar system. It is 

also true that vast changes are taking place within Pentagon that will soon inevitably lead to 

great increase of power of the Positive Military. And finally, I really liked this comment by David

To clarify, a “surprise” is going to happen. We will not expect it. They are saying it will 

permanently change everyone’s lives in the Western world. Putin and the alliance is on the

 ascent. This is big, big, big stuff. The new economic system has already been worked out

worth less once this happens, the overall effect will be positive.

Cobra update 8.11.2013: New Windows of Opportunity

New Windows of Opportunity

There was a lot of progress lately.  A huge victory of the Light has been achieved on the day of the opening of the 8-8 portal. ALL negative entities from the lower mental and lower astral planes have been removed. The only remaining negative non-physical entities are now hiding within the implant hemispheres on the etheric plane. If they wander outside implant hemispheres, they are removed instantly. There is not even enough of them to maintain implant hemispheres for all 7.2 billion incarnated humans so some of implant hemispheres are already disintegrating and some lucky humans completely free of any negative non-physical interference.

The remaining etheric negative entities are concentrating their attacks on lightwarriors and lightworkers, but their final removal in inevitable and will come soon. Outside of implant hemispheres, angelic beings are healing war-torn etheric and astral landscape, clearing the remaining anomaly and restoring the non-physical planes to their original paradise state. This is how etheric plane looks right now:

The Resistance Movement has communicated that as the non-physical planes will be clear soon, it is of the utmost importance to reach a certain degree of harmony within the planetary liberation movement as lack of harmony there will soon be the last main remaining factor delaying the Event. 

It is also very important for the grassroots preparedness infrastructure teams for the Event (prepareforchange.net ) to organize themselves in such a way as to be able to handle millions of inquiries from confused surface population in real time without delays at the time of the Event.

People trying to guess the timing of the Event based on the timing of my conferences are wasting their precious energy. People waiting for the Event are doing the same. It would be much better for everybody to start forming Event support groups in their area NOW. The Resistance needs a certain number of functional Event support groups on the surface before the action can be triggered. These Event support groups will absorb the shock of abrupt change for the masses of humanity as those groups will be most qualified to deal with the changes.

There are two Windows of Opportunity coming in the near future and each of them is a potential time for the Event, if only the awakened part of the surface population begins to cooperate enough.

The choice is ours.

The first Window of Opportunity comes within October – December timeframe. It will be triggered by the solar magnetic field reversal:

Cobra update: June 23, 2013

Short Situation Update

Significant progress has been made after the opening the Portal on May 25th.
  

On the non-physical planes, the final offensive of the Light forces to clear all remaining negative entities has commenced. This offensive will continue until the final and complete liberation of the non-physical planes and the Light forces will not retreat under any circumstances. This offensive is one of the key elements for the planetary liberation and we can compare it with Operation Overlord offensive in 1944 which decided the victory of the Allied forces in World War 2. Although it will still take some time for the liberation to be completed, our victory is assured. 

In the subterranean network below the surface of the planet, a process of integration of the Resistance Movement into the Galactic Confederation is taking place. Many different positive cosmic races are building their bases in the deeper portions of the underground network as part of spiritual, cultural and sociological integration process. You need to understand that only about 70 percent of Galactic races are humanoid and there are many exotic forms of life out there. Nevertheless, cosmic Love is the deeper bond which connects all these races, no matter how strange or exotic their physical body or psychological makeup might be. This integration process will strengthen cosmic Love and brotherhood between different cosmic races and the Resistance as part of preparations for the First Contact for the surface population which will happen after the Event. The other part of this process will include the appearance of certain members of some of those races on the surface of the planet within this year of 2013. Those appearances may or may not be public. Details about this project must remain classified for now. 
 

Needless to say, there are many projects and operations taking place behind the scenes and hopefully soon there will be results and I will have interesting news.

ALEXANDRA:  Hello Everyone. Today is June 4, 2013.  I have Cobra with me today to review a bunch of questions that were submitted to www.galacticconnection.com  We are trying to review a little bit of May’s events and the questions.  Bear with us.  We may have to do this in 2 segments.  There is a lot to cover.  Cobra is being kind enough to have this interview in Hawaii in the midst of the other Goddess conference that they are having with Isis.

 

Hey cobra, are you enjoying HI weather.  How is it going over there?

 

COBRA:   Weather is great, amenities are marvelous and everything is just perfect.

 

ALEXANDRA:  Cool.  Did you have a major breakthrough?

 

COBRA: There is another breakthrough after Irvine, Laguna conference and the opening of the portal.  There is another breakthrough happening right here, not only here but there is a major transformation taking place between the Resistance movement and the Galactic Confederation.  I will post more about this in my blog.

 

ALEXANDRA:  Fantastic.  A lot of us are noticing that there has definitely been a shift since the May 25th Portal opening.  (Yes) I mean a huge shift. We all are feeling it.

 

COBRA:  Yes, This is the purpose of the portal when we did it.  Now we can harvest the good effects from it.

 

ALEXANDRA:  Good, that’s great.  I’m going to start out with some questions first because a lot of people are anxious to hear your feed back.  How exactly is the Agarthan network going to play a role in the time of the event.  Will they be the first ones to visit us or will it be the Pleiadians.

 

COBRA:   That is a good questions because there are big changes happening right now.  The Agarthan network is a very old network of light which existed underground for many many thousands of years.  The Resistance movement is a fresh impulse of light from Planet X just a few years ago.  There was a certain process of the integration of the underground resistance movement and the Argarthan network.  Right now.   .  as a consequence of opening the portal on May 25th there is an another integration processes taking place between the reunited Resistance movement, the Agarthan network and the Galactic Confederation.  I would say that the sub surface portions of the planet is being integrated into the galactic society.  More will be on my blog.  When the event happens there will be a gradual exposure of those different races, elements and societies.

 

ALEXANDRA:  Wow, so you’re really saying they have gotten the go-ahead to start arriving, extrovertedly around the planet?

 

COBRA:  I will explain part of it now and part of this in a special release on my blog when I have the right moment to do so.  At the event the mass population will only be exposed to surface based operatives. I will say White Knights.  There will be no direct exposure between the mass population and any of the exotic races, even the Resistance movement, even the Pleiadians.  This will come gradually after the event.  Soon after the event the disclosure files will be released.  By disclosure files, I’m saying the official government documents of existence of other ET races.  And this will fast prepare humanity for the existence and reality of other races.  When that happens it will be a gradual process that will take a few months until the first contact.  The event itself will be outwardly, a purely human experience.  Humanity is not ready to receive any type of ET contact before The Event happens, before the exposure of the cabal, before the transformation of the financial system and before the government files are released.  When this is done, humanity will go through a certain transformation, a psychological adjustment period and after that there will be a gradual appearance of more and more direct contact leading to the official first contact.

Cobra Update: Event Horizon

Every window of opportunity, every portal is a quantum leap bringing us closer to the Event horizon. With each portal opened, more energy is generated and at a certain point, enough energy will trigger the breakthrough.

That will be the moment of the compression breakthrough and this is what David Wilcock saw in his dream of a storm with many lightning bolts. Each of those lightning bolts represents a compression wormhole, which is a hyperdimensional doorway of Light, connecting the surface of the planet with the Light above and below the surface at the moment of the compression breakthrough.

The Event will send strong ripples of Light throughout the spacetime, forwards and even backwards in time. This is why some of you have already received dreams, impressions and visions of the Event. 

The opening of the Portal on May 25th is NOT yet the time of the Event despite of rumours and hints that you might hear from Drake, Fulford and other people. Those rumours just reflect a certain operation of the Light forces on the surface of the planet which is a necessary substep towards the Event, but not yet the Event itself. 

Before the Event can happen, the non-physical negative forces must be removed. Otherwise they could simply trigger more than 2 million people on the surface that were heavily mind programmed through severe trauma by the Cabal under their projects codenamed MK-Ultra and Monarch. Those traumatized individuals could be easily triggered by the Archons from the etheric and astral planes as part of their endgame to start behaving violently towards themselves and others.

The non-physical negative forces are now gathered very close to the surface of the planet, concentrated around humans, attempting to prevent the Light from entering. They do this to maintain entropy and chaos because this is the only way they can survive a little bit longer. 

There is a certain form of entities that was not mentioned yet. They are called Invisibles because they have the tendency to melt with their environment to the point they become energetically invisible. They inhabit the lower mental plane. Their purpose is to shut down the capacities of human mind and to induce stupidity into the human population in order to keep it enslaved. They are mainly responsible for many distorted belief systems inside organized religions and lately in the new age movement, which has deteriorated from pure beginnings in the 1980s into just another mind programmed cult after the Congo invasion in 1996. One of the main mental tricks of the Invisibles is that »all is well«, suggesting people to deny things that are not well and thus stripping people of their inherent power to change things that are not well. 

The Archons are still using their etheric and astral HAARP scalar electromagnetic field technology to keep maintaining the so-called primary anomaly. Primary anomaly is a random wave function, a distortion of Calabi-Yau manifolds, a field of micro black holes, a convoluted field of quantum fluctuations, a semi-conscious field of anti-life which always tries to suppress Light by default. This was brought into existence out of pure potentiality at the creation of the Universe and is the antithesis of the One. It is the primary error in Creation and the primary cause of all suffering. All the remaining primary anomaly of the Universe is now being gathered around the surface profile of this planet, waiting to be finally transformed to allow the final liberation of our planet, which will then become the last point of Light to join the galactic union.

The non-physical Archons still use wormholes made of this distorted anomalous field to freely travel from one implant hemisphere to another. 

After the Light forces remove the non-physical electromagnetic HAARP field, the black hole singularities will be stripped naked, the micro black holes will evaporate, the Calabi-Yau manifolds will straighten themselves out and the primary anomaly will disappear forever from our Universe. This will be beginning of the end of all suffering and beginning of true healing for humanity.

Cobra: Opening of the Portal, 5.25.2013

It is time to take action again! It is time to take the destiny of our world in our own hands! Therefore we will meet in groups large and small, as individuals and couples, at the time of full moon this May. Many of us will gather and visualize the liberation of our planet from the tyranny of the negative energy grid so that for the first time in our history we will have the chance to create our own destiny as free citizens of the Earth and thus fully empowered surrender ourselves to our Ascension process.

Our visualization will support the plan for planetary liberation, so that it manifests as soon as possible, as non-violently and smoothly as possible. We can do it! It needs to go viral! We need to reach many people, so that the critical mass of people actually doing it is attained. Please post it on your websites and blogs. You can create a video about this and post it on Youtube.

A few hours before the opening of the Portal, a penumbral lunar eclipse will assist in the buildup of energies to prepare us for that event. This is the time of Wesak, which is a period of spiritual blessing for humanity and an outpouring of Light for the entire planet. The main vortex for this is centered in the Himalayan mountains where many Initiates and Masters will gather to anchor the Light for the Earth at this time of the full moon in May. Although according to some traditions Wesak festival has already happened at the full moon in April, a very strong outpouring of Light always happens during the full moon in May. A very strong timeline runs through the date of May 25th. On May 25th, 1975 the whole 50 year proceess of the planetary liberation has started. On May 25th, 2010 a special portal called Mission Blue Shield was activated and it marked the beginning of the downfall of the Archons. And now on May 25th, 2013, we will open the Portal. The purpose of the Portal is to liberate humanity from the grip of the negative energy grid that was enslaving humanity since late Atlantis.

We will all be doing this visualization at the same time, at the moment of the opening of the Portal, which comes on May 25th at 12 hours 12 minutes PDT.

Instructions:

1.  Relax your mind and body by watching your breath for a few minutes
 

2. Call upon the presence of your Soul (higher self) and the presence of your spiritual guides, angels and Ascended masters
 

3. In the name of your higher self, say aloud a decree that you cancel and nullify all your past agreements, attachments and contracts with the dark forces regardless of their content
 

4. In the name of your higher self, say aloud a decree that you are now a free and sovereign being of Light 
 

5. Visualize a pillar of golden Light, descending from the Galactic Central Sun and going through your body
 

6. Visualize that golden Light expanding through your heart and your hands in all directions, transmuting all darkness of the non-physical planes into the Light, clearing all contents of your implant hemisphere, which is a hemisperical field with a diameter of 100 feet (30 meters) around you. Continue emanating that golden Light until your implant hemisphere is completely filled with Light
 

7. Now visualize the whole implant hemisphere filled with a Flower of Life pattern which will stabilize and increase the vibrational frequency in the energy field around you:
