Namaste my friens, this is part 3 of my series, spiritual work for beginners.
This time I want to talk about raising energies.
In this part you will need both skills I explained to you in the last articles feeling energies and visualization. To Learn this ability we can even already do our first little bit of spiritual work.
What do you do when you raise or summon energies.
You tap into the flow of energy that is the true nature of everything. The energies of the universe are infinite so you have an never ending resource of energy.
Step 1, Visualization
You close your eyes and visualize you diving in the flow of energy. Or visualize it the way it feels right to you. As soon as you have a clear Image step 2 follows.
Step 2, Feeling the energy
If you remember my first article I wrote about how to feel energy.
In this step you will need it. Your visualizing the Image of you tapping into the natural energy resource. Now you try to feel this energy. As soon as you can also feel this energy, you have manifest it in the 3. dimensional world.
That´s basically already it you have summoned energy. But what to do with this energies.
Well I haven´t wrote my article about grounding yet. And the first rule in spiritual work is:
Never summon something you can´t ground. That´s why as soon as you have raised this energy
you should do your first bit of light work if you can´t wait for the instruction for grounding,
So basically what you do is, still have your eyes closed and are visualizing and feeling the energy
you have summoned. Now visualize this energy converting to a ball of light and love coming from your heart. Feel love and light, put you best intentions in this energyball and sent it out to a person you want to sent it to.
If this was your first light work, congrats you just did it, you sent love and light to others.
Remember we are hear to help mankind, now is the time that we unite and sent out all the love and light we can to make this world a better place,
